Youth Financial Summit

4/27/21- Extra Credit Financial Solutions LLC partnered with TD Bank N.A. and collaborated with several government agencies for the 2021 Youth Financial Summit to teach the students of DC Public Schools (@dcpublicschools) and several charter schools. Together, we created content focused on:

1. The importance of banks and the banking system,

2. How payroll deductions affect your Gross Pay,

3. What is Credit, what affects credit and the impact of credit on one’s future, and

4. Credit reports and the FICO Score.

It was a pleasure to collaborate with TD Bank, N.A. (@TDBank_US), the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (@FDICgov), DC Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking (@DCDISB), Bank on DC (@BankonDC), Office of the State Superintendent of Education (@OSSEDC) and the DC Financial Literacy Council!
