ECFS Visits The United Nations for the 1M1B 4th Activate Summit
2/1/2019- Extra Credit Financial Solutions was invited and honored to be a guest panelist/ speaker at the 4th Annual Activate Impact Summit hosted by the 1M1B Foundation, held at The United Nations. The summit served as the perfect stage for gifted students from the United States of America, India and Singapore to share lifelong projects that aim to make substantive improvements within their respective communities and countries.
In attendance, were many influential members of the United Nations (Louise Blais, Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative of Canada to the United Nations, Hawa Diallo, Chief of Civil Society Unit, UN Department of Global Communications, and Kevin Cassidy, Director and Representative to the Bretton Woods and Multilateral Organizations ILO Office for the United States) and several business professionals within private enterprise. Organizations represented included MasterCard Inc., IBM Corporation, University of California, Berkeley and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC.
